QDM gives the project manager the ability to create clarity from complexity, determine measurably superior solutions, and achieve organizational buy-in. Dr. Harris will illustrate the specific skills that go into QDM through real world examples. He will describe how these skills can be effectively and efficiently ingrained where you “learn by doing” with software designed specifically to support the process. The presentation will have three focus areas:

    • Providing practical illustrations - Basic principles of decision analysis
    • Illustrating real world examples – From years of pharmaceutical experience
    • Skill Building - Effective approaches to enhance needed skills
